The grip is super comfy. Like, almost too comfy. I picked it up expecting it to be fine, but now I’m wondering who designed this and why they’re trying so hard to make me not use anything else. Not saying there’s a secret comfort agenda here... but my hand is definitely convinced

I was shopping around for a new drill and spent some time on kobalttools.com. I’ve bought tools before where I had to bounce between a few different stores just to compare basics, so it was nice to see a solid range all in one place, from hand tools to bigger gear.
What I liked most was that they didn’t just have one or two choices for each type of tool. It made it easier to look through the options and figure out what would actually work for me without feeling like I had to drive all over town.

The instructions were easy for me to follow, and I got everything set up without having to sit there guessing what to do next. I definitely appreciate when a manual doesn’t waste my time, so I’m happy with it.

I mean, the tool does what it’s supposed to do, and I haven’t had any real issues with how it works. It’s just that the battery seems to drain faster than I was expecting. Not a dealbreaker or anything, but yeah, it’s kind of annoying.

I had to reach out to Kobalt support about an issue with one of my tools, the wait was longer than I expected. I sent a message, waited a few days, and then had to follow up again because, what else was I supposed to do? Once someone finally got back to me, they were polite and did give me the information I needed. So was it terrible? No. But was it a little frustrating having to wait and chase it down? Definitely.

I needed a replacement part for my Kobalt tool and figured the site would probably be the easiest place to find it, which turned out to be true. Found the part fast, ordering was straightforward, and it showed up without any problems. it kind of confirmed what I already thought, if you know what you need, it’s a hassle-free way to get it...

I’ve had a good impression of Kobalt tools for a while now. For stuff around the house, garage, or yard, they’ve always felt sturdy enough and not flimsy like some of the cheaper brands you see. The warranty is also a nice bonus and makes me feel a little better buying them. I’m not saying they’re the best tools out there or anything, but compared to some of the others in this price range...

The site was not too hard to get around on, and the tool sections, they made sense enough. Search mostly worked fine, though on my phone a few of the filters felt kind of clunky to use. Still, the info I needed I found without much hassle

I ordered a couple of tools from kobalttools.com, and the checkout experience was okay, but nothing I’d call smooth.
The cart loaded fine at first, but things got kind of slow when I was entering my shipping and payment info. The page also refreshed in a weird way once, so I had to stop and double-check my total, which was annoying. Whoever runs this really needs to clean that part up a bit.

My order did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. It just felt clunkier than it should have, especially for a basic checkout. I’d say 3 stars is fair.

I just picked up a Kobalt saw recently, and based on my last couple uses, it feels safe enough overall. The guard works like it should and the lock-off hasn’t given me any trouble. My only gripe is the manual felt kind of bare, and the safety warnings are printed so small they’re easy to miss. Since I just set it up and used it, that stuff is fresh in my mind. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish the safety info was a little clearer.

I’ve been using a few Kobalt tools over the past year or so, mostly for small projects around the house. Back when I first bought them, I thought they were a solid deal, for basic home stuff, they’ve held up fine. That said, after using them a bit more over time, I’ve noticed the accuracy can be just a little off here and there. Nothing terrible, but if I’m doing something that needs really tight precision, I don’t always fully trust them. For the price, I’d still say they’re decent tools, just not perfect.

I ordered a Kobalt drill set and it showed up right on time. The box had a little dent on it, but the tools was totally fine inside and nothing looked damaged. Happy with it overall and I’d order again.

I ordered a Kobalt leaf blower from kobalttools.com, and the whole process was fine. The site was easy enough, delivery went smoothly, and the blower does a solid job clearing off my driveway and patio. So in terms of actually working, I don’t really have much to complain about.

The noise surprised me though, and maybe that’s on me for not thinking about it more before buying. Even on the lower setting, it has this high-pitched sound that gets irritating quickly. I still use it, but now I always grab earplugs first. It’s not a bad tool at all, just definitely not as quiet as I guess I expected.

I’ve dropped these plenty of times, mostly because I’m apparently terrible at keeping track of my own stuff, but they’re still working fine after months. i kind of expected them to give out by now, but nope, still going strong.

My Kobalt battery charges up really quick, and that’s been such a relief. I used to get so tired of waiting and waiting, just sitting around waiting for a battery to be ready. Waiting forever was the worst, and I was always complaining about it. With this one, I don’t feel like I’m stuck waiting all day anymore.

Customer service did end up helping me, and I got everything sorted out, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Not a terrible experience, but, not exactly great either.

i’ve been using these tools for regular around-the-house stuff, and they do the job well. they’ve got decent power for normal tasks, but once you get into tougher materials or heavier work, you can feel the performance drop off a bit. the battery tools are okay, just not quite as strong as i was hoping. overall, they’re not bad, but they didn’t really blow me away either...

Simple experience overall, and it saved me some time. Definitely 5 stars from me
